Our court is regulation size asphalt, surrounded by an eight-foot chain link fence and has the Spanish Peaks as your scenic background. The Pickleball shack is just steps away from the court for you to enjoy.

Pennington Place Inn sits on 29 acres of beauty, just minutes from Walsenburg, Co and only 5 minutes from I-25, which makes it a very convenient location. After you get off the court, there are numerous gathering places on the grounds to rest, relax and enjoy.

Our Inn offers couples the opportunity to share, not only their love for pickleball, but the perfect getaway for fun and relaxation. Our very private Inn is quiet and serene, parking is easy, safe and secure, the rooms are spacious and cozy, the outdoor seating areas are great for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.

With four king guest rooms, we can accommodate 8 people, 2 people maximum in each room. There is coffee available in each area and the Savilla Marie room has a private mini kitchen. There are 2 ground floor suites, one suite on 2nd level and a 2- bedroom suite on the 3rd level.
